Special Orders:  If we don't have it....we can get it!!!   All furniture can be customized.  Ask us about custom orders or items out of stock.  All special orders require 50% down.  The remaining balance will be taken when the product is ready to be shipped.  Shipping fees with be charged at that time. 

Shipping Large Items:  Many large items have additional shipping and handling fees that are adjacent to each item.   All furniture orders will be shipped based on what carrier has the lowest rates.  Shipping charges will not be charged at the time of your orders.  They will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Smaller Items:  Smaller orders will be shipped Fed-Ex.  Items that are breakable will be shipped UPS.  Shipping and processing fees for SMALLER items are based on your total orders as follows:

Sales Tax:  Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Texas state regulations if your shipping address is in Texas.

Payment Methods:   If you are interested in purchasing anything on the website, you may do so by submitting your order through the “contact us” section of the site or contacting the store directly.   We accept MasterCard and Visa for online orders.  We do not accept check payments. (Page 2)
