Return Policy:  Texas Trio has a 7 day store credit return policy.  Items may be returned for store credit ONLY within the 7 days of purchase.  No shipping charges will be credited.  Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging.  Contact the store for shipping approval and return voucher.  Items WILL NOT be accepted without return voucher number on package.  Items must be shipped by an insured carrier.  All shipping costs are the responsibly of the purchaser.  Store credit will be sent upon receipt of acceptable product.  We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items shipped by the customer.  Customer will be responsible for filing all claims with shipping company.  Fed-ex and UPS is the recommended carrier.  Store credit is good for 1 year and may be used at the store, website or trade show booth.

Privacy Policy:  Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.  This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.  Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer that order.  (Page 1)
